Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of B2BStore, including b2bstore.net, app.b2bstore.net, stores hosted on our platform, and our Facebook/Meta app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. The Service

B2BStorelets businesses (“Merchants”) create B2B online stores, manage products, quotations, leads, orders and customer conversations, and connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and Meta ad accounts to manage messages, comments, posts, insights and ads. Features depend on the Merchant’s plan.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
  • You are responsible for your login details and for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite.
  • Tell us right away at support@b2bstore.net if you think your account has been misused.

3. Plans, trials and payment

  • Some plans are free; paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe.
  • Trials end on the date shown. To keep paid features after a trial, you must pay for a plan.
  • If a payment is overdue, we may limit or suspend the store until it is paid.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give notice before changing prices.
  • Payments a Merchant’s customers make in a store go directly to the Merchant’s own payment provider account (such as Stripe or Paystack). The Merchant is responsible for those transactions, refunds and taxes.

4. Your content and your customers

You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You give us permission to host, copy, display and process Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. As a Merchant you are responsible for:

  • your products, prices, descriptions, orders, delivery and customer service;
  • having the rights to the content, images and trademarks you upload;
  • telling your store’s customers how you use their data, getting any consent the law requires, and following privacy, consumer protection and marketing laws that apply to your business.

5. Facebook, Instagram and other third-party services

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account or Meta ad account, you authorise B2BStoreto access and act on those accounts using the permissions you approve, for example to read and reply to messages and comments, publish posts, read insights and create or manage ads. You confirm you have the right to manage those accounts. Your use of Meta products also remains subject to Meta’s own terms and policies, including its Advertising Policies; you are responsible for your ads, including their content, targeting and spend, which Meta bills to your ad account. You can disconnect at any time in your store admin or in your Facebook settings. Third-party services are provided by those third parties, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited goods, or break any law;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not contacted you or agreed to be contacted;
  • upload malware, or try to access accounts, stores or data that are not yours;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
  • post content that is fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing or harmful to minors;
  • overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account and delete your store. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, has unpaid fees, or creates legal or security risk, and will give notice where reasonable. After closure, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page. You can ask us to export your data before closing your account.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and the B2BStore name and logo belong to us. These Terms give you a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a significant paid feature, we will tell you in advance.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, B2BStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate B2BStore against claims arising from Your Content, your store, your ads, your dealings with your customers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify Merchants by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
