Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: November 4, 2026
You can ask B2BStore to delete your personal data at any time. This page explains how, for data received through Facebook Login, Facebook Pages, Instagram and Meta ads, and for the rest of your B2BStore account.
Remove B2BStore from your Facebook account
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (on some accounts: Apps and websites).
- Find B2BStore and click Remove.
- Confirm. This stops B2BStore from accessing your Facebook and Instagram data from that moment on.
Merchants can also disconnect Meta from inside their store admin. Disconnecting deletes the stored access tokens and the synced messages and comments straight away.
Request deletion of your data
Removing the app stops new access. To also delete the data we already hold:
- Email support@b2bstore.net with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include the email address of your B2BStore account, or your Facebook name and the Page or Instagram account that was connected, and the store name if you know it.
- We may ask you to confirm you own the account before we delete anything.
Merchants can also ask us, the same way, to close their account and delete their whole store. When a store is deleted, its products, customers, leads, orders, conversations and connected Meta data are deleted with it.
What we delete
- Your Facebook user ID, name, email and profile details we received through Facebook Login.
- Access tokens for your Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts.
- Messages, comments, posts, insights and ad data we stored from those accounts.
- Your B2BStore account details, if you ask us to close your account.
Timing and what we keep
We confirm your request by email and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. We may keep a minimal record that the request was handled, and data we are legally required to keep (such as billing and tax records), only for as long as the law requires.
Customers of a B2BStore store
If you bought from, requested a quote from or messaged a store hosted on B2BStore, that store’s owner controls your data. Contact the store directly, or email us and we will pass your request to the store and help make sure it is handled.
See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.
